Terms and conditions
B&B Erve Volkerink

We wish you a warm welcome to B&B Erve Volkerink in Beerze. The following conditions apply while staying in the B&B:

Jenne and Ingrid van der Velde own Erve Volkerink in Beerze. The owners can be replaced by a manager.
The main guest is the one who made the reservation and is responsible for his/her fellow guest. Both guests must be over 21 years old and have a permanent place of residence.
Third parties do not have access to the B&B, unless otherwise agreed in consultation with the owner/manager.

Reservation and payment
The reservation is only final after the full payment has been received and you have reveiced written confirmation by email from the B&B owner. The room price includes breakfast and tourist tax from the municipality of Ommen.

 

Cancelation

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 weeks before the date of arrival. In that case you will receive the full amount paid back.

If you cancel from 2 weeks before the date of arrival, 50% of the rate will be charged. You will receive the remaining amount back.
No refund will be made if canceled from 1 week before the date of arrival. There will also be no refund if you cancel during your stay.
Cancellations can only be made in writing by email to info@ervevolkerink.nl.

Arrival and departure
There is room to park 1 car in the yard. On the day of arrival you can check in from 4:00 pm. The latest check-in time is 8:00 pm.
On the day of departure you can check out until 11.00 am.
Deviations from the above times can only be made in consultation with the owners.
No refund will be made in the event of early departure.

Accessibility
The B&B is located in a monumental farm. This means that the floor is not the same height everywhere, and there are some steps, uneven floors and thresholds in the building. The B&B is therefore less suitable for people with mobility problems. Are you in doubt whether the B&B is suitable for you? Please feel free to contact us.

Key
As a guest you will receive a key. You must return this upon departure.
Loss of this key is at the expense of the main guest (€25) and will be paid by the tentant in cash upon check-out or afterwards by invoice.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in consultation between 8.00 am and 10.00 am.

General rules
Erve Volkerink is completely non-smoking.
Guests' pets are not allowed due to our own pets and farm animals.
Noise pollution, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., must be prevented.
Third parties will not have access to the B&B or the grounds, unless otherwise agreed in consultation with the owner/manager.

Liability
B&B Erve Volkerink is not liable for injury to persons and/or damage, loss or theft of property of users of the B&B. All risks related to a stay at B&B Erve Volkerink are borne by the users. B&B Erve Volkerink is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as disruptions and failures of power, water supply and technical installations, construction and/or agricultural work in the vicinity of the B&B.

B&B Erve Volkerink can only be held liable for damage that is due to gross negligence on the part of the B&B. The liability of the B&B is limited to the maximum amount that the insurer of the B&B will pay out in the appropriate case.

Damage or loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be immediately reported by the users and compensated to the owner/manager.

The owner/manager can deny and/or refuse guests access to the B&B with immediate effect in the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions or inappropriate behavior, without further notice and stating reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.

The owner's administration is decisive in the event of a mutual disagreement, unless the users can prove the contrary.
